Easy for Users

Unlike other email encryption technologies that are complex for users, UNITY Email works completely transparently. Users simply Send and Open emails as they normally would and UNITY Email automatically protects them according to your organization’s security policy. There are no encryption keys for users to manage since UNITY Email takes care of everything.

No Email Access for Admins

Traditionally, Exchange administrators have had unrestricted access to emails stored in Exchange servers. With UNITY Email in place, emails are protected so that only authorized users can see email contents. If your organization does not want Exchange admins to see email contents, it is easily done with UNITY Email – simply do not provide UNITY access permissions to Exchange admins and UNITY Email ensures they cannot see the contents of protected emails.  Exchange admins can still do their tasks to maintain Exchange servers, but they will not be able to see contents of sensitive emails … and they do not need to see those emails to do their tasks anyhow.

Most importantly, preventing administrators from seeing sensitive emails enables you to Stop Privileged Credential Abuse attacks where attackers steal administrator credentials to get unrestricted access to information. This type of attack is involved in virtually every significant cyber incident. Stopping Privileged Credential Abuse attacks has traditionally been extremely difficult, but it’s easy with Cord3.
